PBAT (Poly butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) Oxo-Biodegradable Resin is a bio compostable polymer widely used for manufacturing biodegradable carry bags, garbage bags, compostable films, and flexible packaging products. It is supplied in white granules form with 25 kg packing, suitable for industrial processing.
Kingfa EcoPond PBAT is fully biodegradable and compostable, breaking down by microorganisms in soil or compost within 120–180 days, making it a sustainable alternative to conventional plastics. It offers excellent elongation at break (700%), providing high flexibility and toughness similar to LDPE, ideal for stress-resistant applications. PBAT also has good heat resistance, with a melting temperature of 120–130°C and a Vicat softening point around 90°C, ensuring stable processing and end-use performance.
